Invalid shipping address/Package refused

It is important that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If it is missing information like

 

an apartment or street number, your package may be sent back to us. When we receive the

 

package, we will provide a refund for the item’s purchase price only.

 

We are unable to re-ship items received as returned mail.

How do I cancel an order?

 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Sellers are

 

notified immediately when an order is placed so your order can be quickly pulled and shipped.

before it is shipped.
